We've been working on our white water kayaking in preparation for GodZone.

In January, we spent some time at the Penrith Whitewater Stadium to get either private instruction or participate in the courses, depending on our level of confidence.

Later in January we borrowed the double Sea Kayaks and paddled on the lake. It was very hot during the day, and the wind picked up in the afternoon to add some excitement. Nothing like the real ocean, though. More video.
